💤 Get enough quality sleep and/or engage in non-sleep deep rest (NSDR)

🍽️ Eat a nutrient-rich diet, especially foods high in tyrosine

☀️ Expose yourself to natural sunlight, ideally early in the day

🏃‍♂️ Move your body regularly through physical activity
