Introduction
Welcome to Block 1 | Productivity of twelvetwenty, our 12-block experiment aimed at cultivating practices that support long-term happiness over the next 20 years. We invite you to join us in this experiment and explore it together.
Because the topic of happiness can be confusing due to its complexities and nuances, we started twelvetwenty to channel our focus on individual happiness topics (blocks) and will explore each in depth for at least 1 month.
Below, and for each block, we outline our personal plan for the month. At the end of each month, we will summarize the outcomes of this plan, including the most valuable insights gained, what worked, what didn’t, and why. You’re invited to do the same, in your own rhythm.
To begin, we created the Productivity Mirror, a 10-minute data-driven reflection tool to help you discover your current patterns of productivity. If you’d like to take part, we’ll send you a personalized report afterward.
It's entirely up to you whether you follow our exact plan, create your own plan, or simply read along. We're not here to tell you what to do; we're here to experiment alongside you.
