Introduction

Welcome to Block 3 | Relationship with Yourself of twelvetwenty, our 12-block experiment aimed at cultivating practices that support long-term happiness over the next 20 years.

As for each block, we outline our personal plan for the month below and then summarize the outcomes of this plan after the end of the month. You're invited to follow along in your own rhythm or come up with your own plan, it is up to you.
